I've set up a blog! I'm off to Ballymaloe cookery school in Co Cork, Ireland on April 20th to train as a chef. My dear friend Eleanor suggested that I set up a blog for people to check out, whilst I experience the trials and tribulations of cooking in an intense kitchen for 3 months.
I have got all my kit ready: knives, aprons, chefs whites.
All I need now, is to hop in my battered polo, drive to Wales-pop over on the ferry and get cracking!
